BUILD Submittals Disclaimer

Every firm I’ve ever crossed paths with has some sort of disclaimer that is included with the returned submittal as part of the submittal stamp with the submittal status.  Example is below.

The missing piece is that there is nowhere to build the workflows so that it is included with every submittal. Build users are left with manually typing this or copy/pasting it for every submittal (assuming folks remember to do it) or adding it as a markup.

I will bring this up with our product team about options.

In the meantime, the disclaimer can be built into a stamp (and saved) as part of the review process. You can also upload existing stamp images that have already been created or create new ones in the application.
