Short of setting a custom attribute that most users won't fill out, how can we tell when a Shared Link will expire? It would also be helpful to get a report of who shared it, when, and then when the link expires in one place. Problem statement： Users may accidentally send transmittals to the wrong recipients or wrong files or, worse case, send the entire project files out  Since transmittals cannot be deleted or void, there stand the danger of unintentionally exposing sensitive information which may result in undesirable consequences. Suggestion 1: Add a 2 step verification or warning notifications that make the user confirm their actions before allowing transmittal to be created when using the Create Transmittal button. An example of a warning notification: Step 1: A warning to tell the user to create transmittal from the folder or file/s they wish to transmit with selection to continue or exit. Step 2: A confirmation to the user that transmittal created after that point cannot be withdrawn or deleted with selection to continue or exit. Suggestion 2: Allow project and/or account administrator to withdraw/void the transmittal in the case it is realized that the attached file is the wrong folder or files. Show More

we noticed that the OOTB parameter of ACC for the date is in DATE format and does not include the option DATE + TIME. For integration applications between different software, it is necessary to have the time as well, since the same day mutlitple integration has been done and there is no possibility to track or check in case of failure the reason.   This limitation, currently overcome managing as a text string, instead of as DATE + TIME format, depending on the time zone, there is a lag, which creates confusion for the user.  To improve integration services, the Date with Time is requested as additional standard format Show More

It is required the possibility to enter a deliverable list (that can be reffered to model, drawing or reports or other formats in general) in order to track the project development as part of the planning and follow up activites. This would allow to all the Project Manager to have a clear idea about the status of the project agist the completion, being direcly inside ACC without need to track elsewhere the design development status.   ACC currently supports laser scanner RECAP files smoothly only if they are on DOCs and are standalone. By the way those files are supported in VISUALIZATION ONLY and the viewer is not integrated with ISSUE TAB in docs, so only mark-up not connected to Issues can be produced. Moreover these files are NEVER used alone, in all construction Market, those files are used jointly with Design Model files, because they are functional for defining inputs in case the design is performed is a revamping or/and they are used during Site Construction activities to verify the design developed by models with what has been built  on site to check tolerances and discrepancies or non conformities. Therefore, it would be useful to be able to use them in a federated manner in particular the optimum would be that those files can be used inside Model Coordination area.   They workaourd suggested by Autodesk expert with Navisworks it is almost unusable for complex and big projects where recap files need Desktop Connector Synchronization of many gigas or Teras. This can be acceptable in case just the Project Administrator or a single Project focal point it is required to do this activities and all the other project users can have the benefits of his juge job, but it is not an applicable scenario that all the ‘consumer’ of the Laser Scanner files needs to syncornize Teras of files on their on PCs. ACC, once importing aBCF inside Issue Tab, THAT IS UPDATING AN EXISTING ISSUE FROM BCF, ACC Issue is not reading correctly the value 'Open' of the BCF Status. Note: This occurs not at the first import (new issue) but in the update of an existing Issue. This happens only in the case of Status Open, while in case of status Close, the issue status is updated reading the BCF Status. The same situation happen in case of other Status related to BCF imported inside ACC Issues, such as In Review or Pending, but those are not considered as meaninfull use cases since not standard BCF Statues and not impacting the General Checking workflows  using BCF. Saipem faced the missing of integration of  BCF ‘Open’ Status inside ACC Issue as a very impactful dysfunction on workflows. Autotrigger Approval Workflow (AW): The case study concerns the automation of two AWs that are concatenated: AW1 approved → AW2 start. This is possible based on the latest developments of ACC, but the title present in AW1 cannot be replicated inside the AW2: all AW2s would be given the same title, regardless of the original title of AW1. This reduces effectiveness in managing flows when there are many, and where the title is an important field for identifying the content. The default setting for projects is set to NOT allow file sharing to anyone. However, our workflow is to create thousands of separate projects per year, and we need to manually change this setting on every project after it has been created. Thank you so much for the functionality to add Meeting Templates into the Account Library - this is a great function.  However, it would be good if these meeting templates could be added to a project template and automatically be available on any projects created instead of us having to remember to add these templates in each time a project is created. In addition, could we please be able to create a meeting template in a project?  One example of this would be a subcontractor progress meeting.  Instead of having to create a new agenda for each subcontractor it would save so much time if we were able to create a template at project level then use it each time we needed to meet with a new subcontractor.
