Could we please have better visibility of suppliers against products in the Material Requirements view?   In an ideal workflow, using the Material Requirements interface to trigger purchase orders, the suppliers of each product would be listed along with the products. This would streamline the ability to filter and report before creating Purchase Orders. Currently we have over 2000 suppliers, it is nearly impossible to know which supplier is used for each required product without doing a separate search per product.   We can currently filter by supplier, but when you have more suppliers to choose from this becomes time consuming on its own.  Show More

Recently, you implemented Theoretical Inventory Valuation that is based on the Unit Cost field that is located within the product's Details page. This is a great feature that allows us to compare our inventory valuations against our all-time average unit cost against our most recent unit cost.   It would be awesome if, when saving a new purchase order, a window or message would pop up asking (yes or no) if we would like to update that product's Unit Cost Field to the unit cost used on that new purchase order.   Having the option is key, as there are times when you do not want a particular purchase order to change that information. On a purchase order, typically I need to enter the Tax and Shipping prices. The TOTAL COST field at the bottom of the purchase order shows the product(s) cost plus shipping cost. It does not include the Tax amount. However, when checking out on a website, the TOTAL COST is products + shipping + tax (see screenshot). I would like for Fusion Operations to add TAX into TOTAL COST, or at least have the option to do so. US addresses are currently displayed like this on Purchase Orders.   There isn't a way to rearrange the fields so that they display as NAME STREET ADDRESS CITY, STATE ZIP COUNTRY   Support suggested this workaround, which we are now using but it would be nice to be able to use the proper fields and just select an address format (based on country) or customize it ourselves. Right now, when I go into Receiving and open a Purchase Order, I have to re-type the PO number every time I bring in a new item. Even after I check something in, it kicks me back out — so I have to search for the same PO again. If there are a bunch of items or partial deliveries, this gets old fast. It’d be really nice if once I start a Purchase Order, it just stays open until I’ve received everything. That way I can go item to item without jumping back to the main screen each time. Could a "View Only" option be added to specific roles? For example, some Back Office employees might need access to information in the Quality Document Management folders but they would only be allowed to view or download files and not add their own. It would be helpful for a user to have access to supplier prices within the system when creating a purchase order.  Rather than entering a price manually, a user could select a supplier and the price and select the price for entry in the purchase order.  The function should allow for more than one supplier for a product number and multiple prices for a part number for the same item.  This would allow for something like like volume discounts, or different prices prices based on the quantity purchased.  The user should also retain the ability to simply enter a price manually.  The suppliers and prices should be able to managed by users as prices and suppliers change. I'm writing to propose an enhancement to our current system regarding the connection between purchase orders and job operations.   Currently, when we create a part (e.g., Part #1234) that requires an outside service like coating, we create a "job operation" for the outside service and a separate purchase order for that service. Both receiving the purchase order and completing the job operation independently trigger an inventory movement.   Ideally, I would like to explore a solution where the job operation and the corresponding purchase order are directly linked. This linkage would allow for either receiving the purchase order to automatically complete the associated job operation, or completing the job operation to automatically trigger the receipt of the purchase order. This integration would streamline our inventory tracking and workflow for outside services.   Show More

It would save us so much time, especially since we’re juggling multiple jobs at once. If we had a system that could match the materials from the PO directly to the relevant job's BOM, we could make sure everything lines up seamlessly. We use the Product ID "Custom Part" often because we make one-off parts that may not need to be saved as a product long term.  However, we need to be able to find these specific items later.  I would like to be able to search the parameter "Detail" for key words in order to find specific orders/quotes faster without having to open each one.   Show More

Hello, I would like to report an issue with the total cost calculation in Purchase Orders within Fusion Operations. When creating a Purchase Order, the system is not calculating the line total correctly due to an internal rounding problem. Here is an example: Quantity: 5 units Unit Price: 1.55 Expected Total: 7.75 Fusion Total: 7.80 This 0.05 difference is critical because it prevents us from generating accurate and legally consistent Purchase Orders, and it causes discrepancies when matching against supplier invoices. Due to this the PO section is not fully useful for us. We have to use other softwares or templates to generate the POs.    @andrade_david    Show More

When looking on the Purchase Order tabs to track receiving, I noticed that the progress bar will be Green and say 100% if the quantity received is greater than or equal to the quantity ordered. I wish it were the following functionality: Quantity Received = Quantity Ordered --> green bar, 100% Quantity Received > Qrdered Ordered --> I would like to see a warning or error. This should not be considered "green, good, 100%". If I ordered 14 pieces and I got 15 pieces, this should be a red bar saying 107% received. Or some similar indicator that tells us to check this. Right now, I have to manually expand and check every line item when the progress bar is green. I am checking to see if the Quantity Received > Qrdered Ordered for any line items. Also I would like the ability to filter the list of PO's based on status below: Quantity Received < Qrdered Ordered --> "waiting for goods" - blue bar, example 58% received (works already) Quantity Received = Quantity Ordered --> "fully received" - green bar, 100% Quantity Received > Qrdered Ordered --> "over received" - red bar saying 107% Also need to make a distinction between individual line item receiving and Full PO receiving. I'm not sure which one is currently showing, I think it is the Full PO. For example, if I have a PO with two line items, Item A has quantity ordered 50 pcs, quantity received 54 pcs. Item B has not yet arrived. I would like to be alerted that Item A has over-received. I also would like to know that the PO as a whole is not completely received because Item B has not yet arrived.
