Hi @susanjwadsworth,

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

I've just checked your account and I can see a Trial for AutoCAD LT in your account, so you should be able to Sign In to activate. If you're having any issues activating AutoCAD, any further details or screenshots would be super helpful in identifying the cause.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Hi @pprd1710,

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

Serial numbers are no longer needed for most Autodesk products as you can activate using your AutodeskID. I've checked your account and I can see an AutoCAD trial active in your account, so you only need to sign in when prompted on the 'Let's get started' window when you first launch an Autodesk product. If you are not seeing this when you load AutoCAD for the first time, please feel free to share a screenshot - I'd be happy to look into this further.

Hi @afzar9965,

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

I've just checked your account, and I can see an active trial for AutoCAD, so you don't need a serial number to activate Autodesk. To activate, upon loading AutoCAD, there should be an option to sign in with your AutodeskID on the 'Let's Get Started' screen. Please feel free to share a screenshot if you see something different, and I'd be happy to guide you through the process of activating AutoCAD.

Hi @afzar9965,

I wanted to check in to see if you had managed to activate AutoCAD. If you've managed to AutoCAD, we would appreciate it if you let us know, but if you still need help getting up and running, I'd be more than happy to help.

Hi @thiyagapriyank,

Welcome to the Autodesk Trial Connect Community!

How can I help you? I've checked your account and I can see an AutoCAD Trial has been activated for your account, which can be downloaded from your products and services page in your account. You don't need a serial number to activate, just your AutodeskID.

I hope this helps,
