if i want to change the thickness of a area with variable thickness (rips or areas with draft angle) it is quite time consuming to change single elements to get a nice "new" thickness distribution. a tool wich adds a certain amount to the existing thickness would be apreciated. the tool just has to add this value to each selected element.

hello, I think it is very useful to hide the button of the [save default value]. Because, if somebody push　to mistake the [Load default value] and the [save default value], the previous default value would be overwritten. Therefore, I think It is better to be able to hide the button.

Hello all, When we change the properites in time to reach ejection temperature result as a current frme only when you play , it will be useful to see the areas which will take more time to freeze ,it will work in synergy but if you save and export as a mfr file it will not visible in communicator. even i am using 2016 synery and 2016 communicator version. mfr files not taking the changes made in synergy (only time to reach ejection temp result)

hi i like a posibility to lock all elements in a layer. locked means, that it is not posible to change the entities on the layer. you cant move nor delete the entitys or change in any sense. this is usefull when modeling inserts, inlays, or similar were you have to copy elements that have to match to each other.

Hello , While mesh correction there is possibility of forgot to select the select facing entities icon. It leads to rework while mesh correction. Whynot we can make that select facing entities ON when open mesh correction tool. If they dont want they can OFF any time.

Hello, In the past I could do just a flow analysis in the 1D cooling channels to get pressure drops, Reynolds, ... (The old cpipe.exe) I think that this analysis is now gone, you need to do a full cool. I would like to have "cpipe only", can you define this as an analysis option again? BRM

If I query a triangular element, I get the element ID and the node numbers. This is good: T68413 (N66992, N70410, N72109) is on layer "XXXCCA64y5123 Triangles", thickness = 4.166000 mm If I query a beam, I only get the beam ID but I miss the other information. This should be improved: B195045 is on layer "Beams"

I think it would be fast and helpful if a user was able to RMB on a result and find a link to the help docs to read more on that particular plot instead of navigating through the help docs. Not a huge issue but certainly would be faster and promote a more friendly UI.

The sink mark depth (in 3D) seems to be hard coded to 0.xxxx" precision even though at times the results are more precise. For small, optical parts this may be important. I am requesting that the precision be user specified in the future.

Hello everyone, sometimes it could come handy if one could multiply cavity (part) in a circular pattern with the Cavity Duplication Wizard. I know it could be made with copy part, but why then have Cavity Duplication Wizard?

Hello everyone, I believe it would be great to jump with keyboard keys in the project tree. Instead of searching for specific results (not even in alphabetic order), pressing "F" would jump between "Flow" (folder), "Fill time", "Flow rate", "Frozen layer fration", etc. It´s a small thing, but it would spare for many people much time!

Hello Everyone, Sometimes after meshing when we check the thickness distribution in the part the software gets crashed as we click on thickness diagnostic & due to this unsaved data loss happens. I dont know that this topic is discussed before or not but please provide a solution for this. Regards

I would like to see an option to adjust the size of the air traps on the result plot. They sometimes show up really small compared to the part size, which can be difficult to see when using the whole part image in a presentation.

Hello. I think the imported cad-model in the moldflow is unclear as compared to the the cad software. For instance, color of all edges of the cad-model is bright and the line width of this is a little thick. Therefore I have the idea, addition the option for edges control. This option can edges changing color and line width. Best Regards, Syhei

Hi, Its regarding to post in Moldflow Insight Forum: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/moldflow-insight/moving-titles-for-coordinates-in-xy-plot/m-p/5789069/highlight/false#M5693 There should be ability to reposition Co-ordinates titles (for XY plots) , similar to Legends position and size. This would help while snip images for reports. P.S : please refer attached image for the isssue mentioned.

Sometimes, I import directly in Moldflow a complete mold from a Step file. This, in order to model the feeding system or the cooling circuits. I would like to suppress the not useful layers. But, it is not possible because the “Bodies of a CAD assembly cannot be deleted independly”.
