Hello Colleagues,   While comparing multiple studies with different cases/ iterations, we compare results by examining/ plotting path plots. If the nodes/element numbers are renumbered, it becomes difficult to use the same set of nodes to be examined.   In case we renumber all, we wont be able to compare the same nodes. The temporary solution is we end up selecting same set of nodes across all studies(having different node/element numbers) which is a time huge consuming task in case of several path plots.   I would suggest that once we renumber the mesh or create new entities (mesh or elements) the old nodes/elements shouldnt loose their number, instead the entities created new will be only added.     Thanks, Prasad Mahajan Show More

When I compare cooling results, sometimes, it is hard to configure which one is better for cooling. I think temperature of the parts to be changed easy to know outcome more intuitively.   'Everage temperature, part' 'Everage frozne layer fraction' can be good way to distinguish cooling result of the part easily.   Now I have to check part temperature distribution through thinkness section to know which cooling option is the best. It takes time and somestimes, it is had to know differences.     Everage temperature and frzone layer fraction can show differeces between two or more models easily. (Especially, thick Parts)   I hope this function will be added soon. Show More

Colleagues,   I usually compare different studied with various XY plots (pressure XY, Clamp force XY) to have a better understanding and interpretation of results.   The current Pressure XY plot what we have is Pressure v/s Time. This plot shows us the pressure in the part with respect to time.   But to understand the Pressure in the cavity, I would suggest the plot to be changed to Pressure v/s Volume. This will help in understanding the percentage of balance in the part alongwith any overpacking (looking at the pressure spikes). Hi, The animation slider is so short ~ "25mm" on the screen and not adjustable its length on the screen . When I have 200-300 steps in fill animation or need to see other detailed plots, not easy to step back and forward when I present the result the only solution to click, click, click etc.. to the step forward/backward button. So would be good a one screen wide slider solution.   thanks, Bela Show More
