To get an impression of the quality of the weld line we use the results from the weld surface formation and the weld surface movement.   What do you think about this idea? Show the weld line formation plot, but use for every weld line a different colour and then create flow paths for each element beginning at the weld surface in the same colour. This should give good information about the quality of the weld line also for very complicated parts with many weld lines.   Show More
