I would like to suggest a simple but necessary option as below:   I would like to request the option of not modifying the Surface mesh node when creating a 3D mesh.   I know that there is a need to modify the more optimized surface mesh when creating a 3D mesh. However, we hope to help customers decide to modify the Surface mesh as needed.   This option is mainly needed when creating a surface mesh using hypermesh or simlab, and when there is an assembly shape such as a mold insert or part insert.   When creating a 3D mesh in the Moldflow environment, a problem occurs in which the nodes of the part mesh, part insert mesh, and mold surface mesh are not accurately connected. Hello Developer team, Recently we came across an error: Error :301150 with Autodesk support and we realized (Based on Autodesk support team) that  The investigation has exposed an issue in the code: The incident is triggered for large 3D models running large deflection with mesh aggregation disabled and upgrade tetras set to either automatic or all. While the model size and type of geometry (ratio of thicker vs thin layer areas) is the driving factor, we cannot estimate beforehand if the incident will occur or not. Until a solution is released, the recommended solution for this type of models is run large deflection with mesh aggregation enabled. The provided ****ysis had gaps in the node numbering. It is important to make sure the node labels had been squeezed before running any ****ysis --> this we already tried. With this scenario there was a thought (Knowing it's very much tricky but may doable), Can we have a hybrid mesh (DD+3D) where we can have 3D in complex area where Midesh is not suitable so we have to go with 3D and other area we can keep DD (Thin area / uniform thickness area) to keep element count in control? Layer should same colour as the entity like geometry, Tria Elements, Tetra Elements, Beam elements, Nodes etc.  This will enable the layer option easy to use when multiple CAD geometry like Complete mold or cooling channels imported to study.  If a layer as multiple entities first preference can be given in the order of geometry, Tria Elements, Tetra Elements, Beam elements, Nodes, viceversa. Hello! I'm Peter with Moldflow technical support in Korea. Recently, I have written a technology development request that many customers are requesting. Nowadays, the shape is complicated by the development of plastic products with many functions. Because of this, if "undercut" is not detected and the "Exclude clamp force option" is not selected, a clamp force calculation error will occur. As shown in the figure below, the undercut part has to cancel the clamping force due to the offset of internal pressure.   Moldflow developers can help prevent this error. the new function in moldflow 2024 can show the maximum/minimum values of a specific result. However it will include the cold runners when they are modeled using tetrahedral elements. Runners with beams are not included for maximum/minimum values. Sometimes users only concerns on the product but not on the runners. I hope to add a feature that the maximum/minimum values only apply for the visible layers, that is, users can turn off the layers of tetrahedral runners, and results only show on the products. The enhancement request is to be able customize and to change macro buttons such as: a default library, add own picture, change color of button, change text.   It would be good to be able to change macro buttons to something that makes sense  to you for the command you add.   When macro buttons matrix is full, they are numbered and black on grey. When assigning buttons are blue (odd) and red (even). (But that does not become visible in button matrix.)         The increasing use of macros limits the 10 buttons. Hi, I would request the Autodesk development team to give high priority in modifying the existing Moldflow Marcos for  Google Products like Google slides, Google sheets, etc Nowadays many companies are using Google products only.  We have CustomReport.vbs script to publish the report in PPT only not for Google Slides. Add a function in API to export Machine Setup to text file.   In Logs, and tab Analysis Log, you could do a Save as ... to .txt-file. And it has possibility to export analysis log: StudyDoc.ExportAnalysisLog "C:\\my project\\analysis.log" For tab Machine Setup,you could do a Save as ... to .txt-file.
