Overmolding cool(FEM) simulation model complex

If we do overmolding cool(FEM), the simulation model is very complex, need many time to deal with the simulation model, the simulation model is needed two mold block which can't do by Auto in moldflow, we need simplify the mold data, simplify the parting surface, and keep the space for runner and channel to get the mold block geometry by manual  in design software, it take a lot of time, Also the mesh is also difficult to do, could we have any solutions to improve this function, and make this function easily and efficiently?

We have many parts need to use this method FEM overmolding cooling analysis recently , and FEM cool analysis will be the cool analysis tendency . so please update the pre-analysis function in Moldflow in time !

Comment here is that creating a split line is not always super trivial to bring into Moldflow. Synergy is NOT a CAD tool. This is better done in Fusion 360. There is a small tool in the Fusion App store (https://apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=44916951188326107&appLang=en&os=Win64) which does a pretty reasonable job with creating a split line. This is not an endorsement/recommend of that tool but I've used this on relatively simple parts and it worked OK for the price.
