I noticed that in 2023 there was a change to have the paste on a part sketch follow the cursor.
It's listed here.

I've been using Inventor for many years and have often found myself wanting the ability to place sketches based on the origin, rather than the sketch midpoint. In previous versions of Inventor, including 2022, when you copy and paste sketch lines from one part to another in a 2D sketch, the placement would align with the origin. However, in more recent versions, it seems to default to the midpoint, which isn't always practical.
While this might work for simple shapes like circles or rectangles, it's not helpful when you're dealing with more complex sketches with multiple elements. For these situations, aligning the sketch with the origin would be far more efficient.
Could you please consider adding an option in Inventor 2025 to allow sketch placement based on the origin? This would greatly improve the workflow for users like myself who rely on precise placements during sketch transfers.
Thanks!
