Being a machine shop with a large variety of cutting tools, it would be great if when a worker was going to sign something out of inventory that it also showed the current amount of stock that should be available to them before they sign it out. We rely on the inventory numbers being correct in order to keep production going smoothly, but things do happen where the inventory doesn't always match the real life to the Fusion ops amount. We are importing production orders and defining a start and due date for them. As currently it is not possible to consider operations estimated time to set the PO due date when proving a start date when importing POs, sometimes we can see in scheduling that some operations are outside of the PO timespan, leading to incorrect load calculation. I would like to compare planned Production Order duration with its actual duration. When performing the initial operation in our operation workflow we generate lots, which are automatically defined with the production order code. This initial operation is done for multiple orders at the same time and when workers close their records using the option "close all", the system does not fill the lots on the production records. For lots to be populated, workers have to manually close each production record on the tablet, taking longer than what they should capturing the data on the shop floor.
