I often find myself struggling in-between hues, because the Color Wheel is so small that I can't point to a precise hue. I’m using sketchbook on an iPad Pro. I usually set the pixel size so that the document is an A4 at 300 dpi. It would be great if there was a way of adding a ruler on the x & y axis so that it is possible to print to an exact size. I am using sketchbook on an iPad Pro. At the moment the way snap works on the circle tool and the symmetry tool is different. The symmetry tool snaps to the centre of the page, no matter how much you move it.  The circle tool snaps to the centre of the iPad screen.  It would be great if you could force the tools to snap to centre or to the centre of each other... When using transform, resize and rotate both use 2 fingers and are active at the same time. I find it impossible to do one without also doing the other, so something that should take 5 seconds ends up taking longer(sometimes a LOT longer) as I try to fix the accidental resize/rotate. A simple button to toggle between resize/rotate would do.   Precision tools would be better. Something like the move puck for resizing. Then you could drag it to resize or use arrows for those tiny precision size changes.   A simple line with 2 circle would work great for rotating. One end could be the anchor point you want the image to rotate around, the other would be what you actually move. Show More

Hello there, I would like to suggest an update for the desktop version of "SketchBook" could you please change the desktop's "color balance" and "HSL adjustment" tool to the way it is on the mobile version. How the "color balance" and "HSL adjustment" tool specifically with the mid-tones, shadowland highlights in the " Color Balance" tool is set on the mobile version is so much better and effective in editing. I use the "SketchBook" app one my phone to edit pictures with the "color balance" and "HSL adjustment" tool and results come out amazing, but when I try to do the same thing on the computer it leaves color/shadow blotches that make the image undesirable! I would really like to be able to utilize the desktop version the same way I use the mobile version, so that going from "Lightroom" to "SketchBook" on one device can be convenient. You probably get those sugestions a lot, but I feel like they would improve the program immensly! It would be amazing if we could get a layer interface just like the one in sketchbook, as an artist and animator I personally use a bunch of layers to keep my pictures clean and very easy adjustable and the limited amount of layers and the fact that I cant lock those is making it really hard for me to use flip book. Another hting that bothers me is that the background layer always stays the same and cant be changed for each idividual frame. And the probably mostasked feature for all animation programs: an audio track. it makes animating things like lip sync so much easier and is a feature that many animators find incredibly helpful! I saw the suggestion of a dark design theme here and i couldnt agree more! The light theme makes it really hard to animate when its night time or just a coudly day. Its quite hard on the eyes and i personally get a headache from it easily. Show More

I enjoy using Sketchbook Pro, but I have a couple of additional mode setting I have seen and/or used in other painting programs. The "difference," "subtract," and "divide" give great results.(Can be used as a pen setting or layer setting).   I was very surprised to see there was no pen for the "dodge" or "burn" effect. You can use the "dodge" or "burn" as a mode choice presently, but for certain pens, the pen TYPE must be set to standard, which takes away from the pen characteristics when set to standard and not the pens default.   Hope you can agree, but its only a wish list. In other painting apps there is available a  HSL Filter to preview a  color on a layer non destructively (ie. without having to change the color permanently ).   On looking into Skecthbook Pro , couldn't find any way to achieve this .   Please provide a similar feature in Sketchbook Pro ,as it is comes in really handy for previewing paintings non destructively.     Thanks. The perspective guides in SketchBook are great and unmatched by other tools.   It would be very useful to have an isometric perspective guide with 30, 90, and 150 degree axes. Optionally, you could choose a different base angle (such as 45 or 60 degrees), but 30 is the standard I use most.   Isometric perspective is my favorite way to sketch furniture and structures, and is also great for creative patterning and design motifs. You know how there is an option in your Layer Settings to erase all hidden layers, well, to put it frankly, it causes more problems than it solves, because I normally hid a LOT of layers, this setting erases a lot of my progress, and the worse thing is that is just beside the fuse all visible layers option, which, because I use a lot, causes me to accidentally press that option My suggestion is that you either add a "are you sure?" after you press it, or you erase that option completely  Show More

I'm having a problem. I think in previous versions when physically rotating my mobile device, the screen used to auto rotate from 'portrait' to 'landscape' mode. This doesn't happen now for some reason. This leaves me with a bizarre user interface experience, where, while holding my device horizontally, I select a tool drop down menu and then have to physically rotates my screen to see the menu in the correct orientation. This experience is enough to make me want to change to a more user friendly app, though I've used this one for a number of years now. Issues such as this really reflects poorly on the designers of the user interface who are responsible adding or removing usability. The issue NEEDS to be fixed. This is not an optional extra for this app which has such a high profile, featured in many marketing materials for touch-screen based mobile devices. Thank you for your attention. Show More

It would be useful to apply a brush to the outline(s) of a selection. As an example, in Gimp: https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-selection-stroke.html I looked in the menus and tools, then searched on it, it did not seem to be there. It might be simpler to use a brush, that already has any option that might be wanted, than to have a separate Stroke Parameters as Gimp does. Show More
