You know how there is an option in your Layer Settings to erase all hidden layers, well, to put it frankly, it causes more problems than it solves, because I normally hid a LOT of layers, this setting erases a lot of my progress, and the worse thing is that is just beside the fuse all visible layers option, which, because I use a lot, causes me to accidentally press that option
My suggestion is that you either add a "are you sure?" after you press it, or you erase that option completely
