It would be useful to apply a brush to the outline(s) of a selection.
As an example, in Gimp: https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-selection-stroke.html
I looked in the menus and tools, then searched on it, it did not seem to be there.
It might be simpler to use a brush, that already has any option that might be wanted, than to have a separate Stroke Parameters as Gimp does.
