Before ignoring this as trollish/inappropriate please actually read it.
Can we get a new sketchbook support person over in the sketchbook forum?

Someone who will respond to the actual problem instead of giving instructions for something different.
Someone that won't ignore a posters follow up response when the "solution" doesnt work, or after supplying support with request device/os info.

Someone who will be honest and say something like "we know a lot of people are having this problem, we don't know how to fix it(or we don't plan to fix it) we're sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused"
And if you think I'm being a troll, or bitter, or that this is an inappropriate suggestion, please go to the sketchbook forum, and read through the posts there. Or just read the last 30. Over half the posts have one of these issues.
