My daughter has been using Sketchbook daily for months without an issue. Yesterday however the app would not load. So we uninstalled it and reinstalled it, rebooted CBook and tried this multiple times with no success. The app will seemingly load but will not actually open. We did check to make sure her CBook was up to date on installs and it was. We are at a loss. Help.

Can you send us the exact model/version of the ChromeBook? Also, what ChromeOS you are on?
Are you download SketchBook from the Google Play Store?

Hey David, I had meant to add that. Sorry. It is a 2020 Lenovo C330 Chromebook. Chrome OS version 86.0.4240.77
