Uninstalling LMTools 11.14.1.3

Not applicable

We are attempting to uninstall LMTools version 11.14.1.3 so that we can install version 11.16 in order to activate our new license file.

1. OS is Windows Server 2012 R2

2. We have deactivated the license server.

3. We have attempted, unsuccessfully to uninstall and repair via add/remove programs and through the .msi file.

4. We get either a 2755 error or message saying the drive hosting the temp folder is full or unwritable (it isn't) when attempting these functions. We deactivated the license server before attempting the uninstall.

Is there a procedure for manually uninstalling this version of LMTools?

Too me it sounds like you have permission issues.

Is this a server or PC hosing the license manager?

You're overthinking this. The installer from Programs & Features is just a
placeholder. You can update the license manager simply by installing over
in place or manually replacing the 4 .exe files that are extracted from the
.msi itself. Honestly, I have never used the installer itself and have
only ever just copied the files. Ignore the error and just get back up and
running right now.

Ended up being solved by our IT consultant, but I'm told that there was a folder set to read only that shouldn't have been. Thank you @Mark.Lancaster , @natasha.l  and @TravisNave for taking the time to look into this and offer suggestions
