Problems Downloading AutoCAD 2017

trying to install AutoCAD 0217. my computer requirements meet what it ask for. however at the end of the installation  it shows everything failed to install. anyone ever seen this? any idea how to download AutoCAD 2017?

@Anonymous hello, try to download from autodesk virtual agent. switch off all your anti virus program and firewall. update your window OS have atleast SP1.. thanks

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
