Hi guys,
I am a student and while trying to update my autocad student licence, I am coming up with a "Network failure" error?
Having already seen some answers herein, I tried to install the software by just clicking on the file that I have stored in my PC, and not directly from the net, but this solution didn't worked for me.
Thereby, I would really appreciated it whether anyone can provide me with another solution.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

Thank you for your help; it is really appreciated. I applied what you suggested, and the installation procedure went ok. However, I am now confronting a different problem; I cannot activate the product. I don't know why. I am applying the username and the password, derived according to the suggested procedure, but with no result.
