I activated my AutoCAD 2018 product though the internet,
while activate the product the internet connection was very slow.
when i going to open the product on the second time it gives bellow massages.
need your help very soon.

We just had this issue yesterday... Unfortunately, the only solution for us was to perform a clean uninstall (See link in my signature) then reinstall the product..

You can try to reset the license to see if that helps. Here's instructions for doing so...
When you start the application, it will Prompt you to choose one of the following:
Choose the option that matches your license.

Darin is right. In fact, for 2018, a clean uninstall might be your best bet.

All the information here is very helpful, also this window is related to assignment issues on the account if this is not an Individual user situation.
If you are the purchaser of the product you are the Admin on the account & will need to assign products to other users. The Administrator needs to be sure they have assigned access to other users before downloading & installing on their device.
Please review the information below:
Assigning Access Subscription Software
Subscriber is the User (Individual Users)
Subscriber is Account Administrator
Account Administrator Manages your Software (Assigned Named Users)
