Autocad and 3ds max download

I just bought a new dell and i am trying to install autocad and 3ds max on it however whenever i do it shows me installation complete failed to install a few products. None of my friend faced a problem before. Please help

In the absence of any specific errors that might help (sometimes certain windows components can be a problem and if you apply an os sp, it can help), I would suggest disabling your antivirus software during installation. That tends to cause quite a few conflicts.

It's most likely a download failure if I had to guess. The installation log file will tell you for sure. I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the Virtual Agent by following the directions here:

Without your installation log file we can only speculate what the issue at this point. So post your installation file.. Posting info: Sometimes installation log files contain personal information such as your serial #. Prior to posting your log file please make sure to remove such info.
