Need product Serial number and access code

The company I work for bought a 1 year license to AutoCad 2017 back on 3/1/2017. The software is now asking for the Serial and access codes to activate AutoCad. I check the checked under the help button, but the information is not there as it is in Trial mode. Is there a way to get these codes as I did not received an email from Autodesk with the codes.

My Order number is 366190. Below is a copy from Autodesk email received on 3/1/2017.

The person who is assigned the contract manager role for your subscription would have your serial # information within their Autodesk Account.  I assume by your information it sounds like someone else in your organization actually purchased the product, is that correct?  Do you know who this person is?  There's nothing that we as users can get your serial #.  We don't have access to your account.

@Mark.Lancaster is correct. You have to reach out to the contract manager. It appears to be Rodney Carter since his name is referenced in the email.
