I received a pops up message of FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0018 Exception at 70513733h, please share the solution. I really hope something could be done as I have been trying days to fix this. Thanks.

Try a Reset Settings To Default.

This is often a .NET Framework problem.  .NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:

Beyond that, it could be malware related.
