download LT 2017

Cant download keep getting a little no entry sign when I try to download

If you are attempting to use the "download and install" combination method (which is the default), do this instead > Download from the Virtual Agent  ::  Follow the steps outlined here: How to Download, Extract, and start the Install

Thanks for reply, I have tried virtual agent and get as far as extract but when the window comes up with install to this machine the Autocad lt 2017 has a small symbol next to it that looks like a no entry sign so there is nothing to install

yes the box with tick in has a no entry symbol instead
