Autocad student version on 2 computers

Hello, I will be buying a laptop for school soon and I would like to know if its possible to use my current autocad2015 licence on 2 computers. For example I want to work on desktop pc at home and continue my work on laptop when I am at school. Will it work?

Yes this is possible but at the same time the PC that you are using at school, your student license can not be used in the classroom.

The student license does not get the commercial benefit of having a 2nd
installation.

Hi Filip,

 

@Mark.Lancaster is correct, you cannot use your student licensed software on education institution grounds. However, you can still install the software on 2 machines (Your Desktop and Laptop).

 

When you generate the serial number, you should notice Authorized Usage section. See image below:

Hi Filip, I can´t find the way to install the student version on muy notebook and on my desktop. Is it working right now? I 've tried several times today... Thank you!
