program doesnt start after intializing window

I successfully install 3dsmax but now the problem is that it doesnt start up. When I double click it only a window that says intializing 3dsmax start and then nothing happens. The ss at the attachment. I updated all my video drivers from their sites too/ Thank you for your help.

I did every step of it and It still doesnt start. .Is there any other soulution

Can you also try out the troubleshooting steps here? Software hangs at "Checking License" or "Loading"
