The new viewer in Modern UI is a great improvement and it is a very valuable feature! In order to make it even more robust, it would be great if there was ability to print directly from the Viewer, rather than having to download the file. Additionally, having the ability to Download directly from the viewer would be a time saver, rather than having to navigate back to the Attachments tab. Thanks!

In Classic UI on the Grid Tab you have the ability to set the Aggregation Sort Grouping - to essentially create sub-totals of values within the grid. This feature is missing from the Modern UI. This feature is very help to in viewing and understanding what you have in your grid, especially when there are lots of row items. Plus this is a feature existing FLC customers in the Classic UI would expect to have in the Modern UI going forward.

The whole top banner in Modern UI could be improved if the buttons where a user can take an action were displayed in green instead of the same blue color (or light blue when highlighted. It would be great if when you have actions available, the 'Workflow Actions Available' button displayed in green or light blue, and if you don't then it displayed in grey. Currently, it is hard to see that this is a button and requires training to end users.

Can we please get the ability back to open submenus like workspaces without having to click. I already click enough. It might look prettier but I do not find this change more functional. It's one of the many reasons that I have the modern UI currently turned off. I finally don't have to click twice to search but now I have to click 3 more times to get into a submenu. All of these used to open just by hovering the mouse.

We have users doing duplicate work by creating views and reports to see the exact same data. It would be great if views allowed to download the data directly to Excel without having to navigate away. This is on top of being able to share views across users/user groups.

Hello, The 'Keep me signed in' checkbox when a user is logging in does not work and it is confusing to users. The expectation from users is that it will retain their credentials and session, but it does not. Thus, would be better to remove it, or rename it to clarify what it actually does. Thanks!

The Classic UI allows an image file to be drag-and-dropped from an explorer window on to the "Choose File" button. This functionality has not (yet) been made active in the Modern UI. As it's such a timesaver, please bring it back! Thanks, Ross

It would be very helpful to have the same functionality as in the BOM tab, to be able to export the Grid tab records on an Excel spreadsheet.

It would be great if in the Relationships and Grid tab, the system displayed a count of the records in it. It doesn't need to display on the tab itself, but can be at the bottom once a user opens the tab (similar to views)

Hello, The modern UI requries too many clicks to navigate across workspaces. At a minimum please surface 'Workspaces' as its own menu item (outside the hamburger button). Ideally, you would also allow in the breadcrumbs to display the Category so that if someone is navigating between CO and CR (for example), they don't have to go back all the way to workspaces. Anyone else finding the clone window in the Modern UI to be unnecessarily small? It requires a lot of scrolling (vertical and horizontal) to navigate within it. Also, please bring back the ability to clone related and managed items, and attachments. Thanks, Ross

A few suggestions to improve filter views in the Modern UI (I appreciate it is still a work-in-progress): Clarity is poor; no visible column division makes interface difficult to use Where field content is longer than can be displayed in filter view column width, is it possible to display ellipsis at the right of the column? I do like the hover to show the full text as a tooltip though. Bring back the refresh button on filter view Button to toggle between Full View and Split View should be on left hand side (adjacent to descriptor / where list appears) to reduce mouse travel Setting up or changing filter views is less intuitive than before; filters can only be set up on visible fields (I believe this has already been raised) Our preview tenant allows the split view to be resized, but our live tenant doesn't. Hopefully the ability to resize will be kept.. The list of user-defined filters is no longer alphabetically sorted, this is not an improvement. Thanks, Ross

Default text size is huge. Please add ability to set text scale per user. I have to zoom the browser to 75% to make the Modern UI usable. Thanks, Ross

In the modern UI there is too much white space between the fields in the item details tab. Would be great if this can be reduced so that the user doesn't have to scroll and scroll in order to find information.

It would be great if bookmarks updated to the latest released version, instead of having to manually maintain them. For example, I bookmarked an item in version 3, and now released version 4. Just noticed my bookmark still points to version 3.

It would be great if the scroll bars worked like the ones in Snagit editor. When the scroll bar is not being used it is thin and doesn't take real estate on the screen, once you hover over it, it becomes thicker and thus, easier to use.

Users should be able to request access as an Editor or Viewer for a Closed/Secret Project Project Admins who invite users to join a Project (Closed or Secret) should be able to define if the invite is as Editor or Viewer. This way, edits are not needed after the fact. This would minimize the room for error and the work needed by Project Admins a lot.

The Activity panel on the right side of the the CPDM screen takes a lot of space and doesn't resize properly. In smaller screens this is an issue because then you can read the Project names, the breadcrumbs, etc. Would be ideal if you can minimize this panel so that you can see the full details.

The FLC emails have an unsubscribe link to go to preferences. The CPDM generated emails should also have one, especially because it is not obvious to end users that they need to setup communication preferences in 2 areas. This results in users thinking there is a bug, because they have unsubscribed in FLC, yet they keep getting the CPDM ones. To test: send an 'Invite' email to a user for a Project; check email doesn't have the Unsubscribe link.

The Modern UI would benefit a lot from a 'total items' at the bottom. The scrolling in Modern UI is a bit cumbersome, and showing the total would help a bit.
