Modern UI: Drag and drop functionality for image fields

The Classic UI allows an image file to be drag-and-dropped from an explorer window on to the "Choose File" button. This functionality has not (yet) been made active in the Modern UI.

As it's such a timesaver, please bring it back!

@AstroRossD, the first slice of this improvement, for the attachments tab, is not available in Modern. Item Details drag and drop is coming soon.

Is there a possibility to add an image to a PLM field with Data Type image by drag and drop?

Support for this feature was added to Fusion Manage in November 2023.
