You have checked this:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/error-installing-fusion-360-ssl-certificate-...

and this:

My understanding is that this issue has been resolved already.  Sorry that you are still getting it.

Good Luck!

Hi

I've just gone back to use Fusion after several months, It kept failing to update so I uninstalled and went to reinstall and got the same error message. Log file included below. Is their a solution? I've attempted all the solutions that I could find on the Forum.

Hi,

Can you try restarting both your computer *and* your network router and see if it helps?

Hi,

Sorry to hear of the trouble. Can you try this:

In File Explorer right-click on the Fusion 360 Client Downloader file and choose Run as Administrator.

If that's unsuccessful try:

  1. Open the CMD window
  2. Navigate to the /Downloads folder.
  3. Enter this (include quotes):
  • "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe-c" or "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Not sure if this was solved but one thing it could be is a corrupt or expired certificate.

If so try clearing your certificates. You can do this through Manage Certificates (certmgr).

Hope this helps.
