Translate Void in issues as " Vacio" it should be "Nulo" o "Invalido". This idea is for the Spanish version.

I am logging this on behalf of a customer. The designed behavior is that when an issue is selected from the issues module - it loads only the single model that the issue was tagged to in the BIM 360 viewer. When the issue is created in Model Coordination, clicking on it again in the issues list in the issues module will NOT load up the viewer as it was in the Model Coordination service when the issue was selected (with multiple models loaded up). The EP customer at Perkins & Will would like to request a feature improvement that would allow the issue to be loaded up in the viewer in Model Coordination and would display the hosting model (of the offending element causing the clash issue) and the model it was clashing against (the original view when the issue pin was dropped into the model) when clicking on the issue from the Issues list. Folders are currently able to be renamed but not files. Now I have files that need renamed and have version history but I cant do this so I have to leave both or loose data. All files, folders, projects, cut sheets, PDFs, etc. need to have copy, paste, delete, move, rename as options. These are basic functions of any file system and need implemented.

When I create a issue type (in Project Admin), it automatically creates the same subtype of the issue itself. We would like the opportunity to change the name of this subtype or to disable it (As in the past).

So after trying this out for the first time today. Since the default folder used for syncing files from B360 Teams to your local drive starts with C:\Users\<user name> when my other colleagues in other offices try and open files I posted they get all sorts of errors from Civil 3D. The main reasoning is the local drive location. We need to be able to control where our files Sync to on our local drive. Had I known this I would never have used this. Please add this ability, like OneDrive I can change the sync folder from C:\Users\<user name>\... to any location on my C Drive that I select. By doing this pathing issues can be resolved for multi users that use AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other Autodesk programs that have path related items referenced in their projects. Don't get me wrong Xrefs can be set to no path but Sheet Set Manager can not. Sheet set manager has no ability to change the path of the file it has within it other than to remap each and every dwg file within manager to a new location on a local drive. If this is a universal location than we wouldn't have issues like we could create C:\Civil 3D projects\ as our sync folder than remap 1 time not every single time we open or sync a file from our Florida office with our Dallas office.

We would like to be able to choose what to visualize when we export the Checklist to PDF. It would be interesting to have an option to activate if you want to exclude the issue associated with the Checklist from the export to PDF.

Add additional information for each project member. Add when invitation to join project was sent and when they joined (logged in for the first time to) the project.

Hi - I think it would be a nice visual when viewing the sheets to have both the Markups area and the Issues area show color. Currently they are black and do not stand out too much. Having them match the colors of their "pins" would be a nice visual touch. Please see attachment. Markup color add.JPG

Hello there, currently when you create an issue from a clash in model coordination the issue has one attached document. When you then open the issue and click the document you open only the attached model file. (see screenshot 1) The expected behavior should be a view of the clash which means seeing the 2 affected documents clashing together. (Like in the model coordination module when the issue gets created, see screenshot 2) This would make the process of working with issues created from clashes way easier. Greetings, Thomas

While a designer A submits and gets markups from a reviewer, another designer B needs to get the same info from the drawing A submitted. Otherwise, the reviewer does markups twice as designer B is not able to track and refer to Reviews designer A created. It would be better to have the same function as what issue has. So a project admin controls permissions for Reviews as well. Also, the workflow step needs to be shown automatically. Designers need to know how many step are in each workflow and who reviews their drawings before submitting. Of course, it would be also good to add more people while Review is in progress. it's not possible to create every single workflow whenever additional reviewers need to review temporary.

Hello, In the BIM 360 Android Mobile app, assigning users to an Issue isn't convenient since the only option is to scroll through a list of names instead of being provided a search box to type in the name of the person you are looking for. The suggestion would be to add a search box to type in the name of the person to be assigned. BR: Anton

Hello, It is possible to attach photos/extra documents in the Issue only after it has been created (means it already has been received by an assigned person). It would be more convenient to attach extra docs/pics during the creation of an issue, not after.

Often when a status is changed no additional information is provided why it's changed. In the webbrowser there is a pop-up window where you can reassign that issue and add a remark. How to respond on an issue.png Those possibilities should also be available on the mobile devices so we can have the information why a certain status is chosen. The current processes and possibilities that are available in BIM 360 (Next Gen) to follow up an issue are poor. I really hoped that now there is a Next Gen Autodesk would rethink there processes and add more functionalities than they had in the Field Classic. When performing clash detections, you always have 1 model selected and the others are sort of overlayed. When you create an issue (from a clash) you can easily create this issue in the wrond document. It would be nice if you are able to change the document from for example Architectural to MEP or vice versa in a latter phase. Otherwise some of the issues are located in the wrong model and not handled by the right person. An other option is to "refuse" the issue from an enduser perspective as it is an issue from an other discipline and start the clash workflow from the beginning again.

Due to the storage capacity it would be helpful to control which issues get synchronized. Could be helpful to have at least no photos synchronized for older issues. BR Nikolas

Hi, we should be able to control if we want the attachments or not in the issue and checklist reports. Same goes with the attachment sizes.

You should be able to edit the issue directly in the list mode, without having to open the issue to change the description. That would speed up the editing of multiple issues.

Would consider merging or reorganizing Document Management & Project Management. One option is to merge it all together as Issues, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, and Documents are all interconnected. The other option is to have the physical project documents (plans, specs, etc.) in one section and then all project management docs in another section. So, basically move Transmittals, Issues, etc. over to Project Management.

We're Using Assemblies For Our Prefab For Shop Dwgs layouts and Spool Dwgs For Assembling Rack (UG and OH) For Conduits and Conduit Runs. In Our Revit Models When Activating a View and we Pick on and Assembly, it Maintains itself as one entity.......However, When We Create And Publish Sets and Models, and Upload To The Plans Section of The Project, for the Prefab Shop to Review/Markup, The Assemblies are "Busted", Both on The Sheets in All The views, and In the Models. We Need the Assemblies to Maintain their "Combined as Built" Status as one Entity in the Cloud Models.......Model and Sheets Thanks, Mike Maloney BIM Lead, Miller Elec. Co.
