There is a Ball-in-Court card available for the user's home screen (My Home) when you log in for items that are in that user's court-related to items in the build tool (RFI, Submittal, Meeting, etc.) however, there is no card available for this location (My Home) for Cost related tools. There is a card available at the Project home screen, I would think it would be easy to combine this data across all projects and combine it into a single card at the My Home Screen.  Show More

You are able to run a log of the Sheets from the Sheets Tool, but not a log of the Specs from the Specs Tool. The ability to run this log is equally important.  Show More

This functionality was available in classic field where users could filter by any of the parameters and save the filters was also available to improve user experience. This also helped control viability of certain issue types as filters could be established and limited to certain user roles. All days we spend a lot of time to copy items and notes from the previous daily logs. Having the opportunity to clone the previous will be appreciate. When working in ACC TakeOff we use many different TakeOff types. The further you get, the more you want to hide the others so you can see the drawing. While I'm counting beams on one drawing, I want to continue on another drawing, or I want to check another drawing from a level below to see how the situation looks there. As soon as I leave my starting drawing, the "view" I created is lost and I have to set the filter from scratch. It would be helpful to have a "save view" button. Please strongly consider adding a connector or an integration to BIM 360 in Microsoft Teams in Office 365.  Our organization has started to standardize on Teams but we recognize that we need to ultimately move to BIM 360.  This would provide some cross-connectivity between the two worlds!   It would be handy if you could drag a ‘check list’ to a certain location on a plan or directly to an element. For example: structural Column 106 out of 365 is placed and I want to do a quality check of the concrete and the placement The first thing I want to do is to drag the checklist to the right column on a plan. With this method its always clear where I am working and for what element the check list is filled in.   The other way around would be great too: when I start a check list, I want the opportunity to link to a certain location of a plan when I start.   It would even be nicer if we could make a group out of different check lists and locate them individually on the same plan per group. The group refers to a certain plan and each individual check list refers to a certain building-element or location on this plan.   Show More

Currently, there is no way to view archived checklists or recover them. This is an issue because if a checklist is archived by mistake, the data is lost. Also, with the way permissions are set up in BIM 360, many people are able to archive checklists.   For us specifically, we have someone who downloads a copy of every checklist after it has been completed and then archives it in order to keep the number of active checklists from growing out of control. Oftentimes, our users will ask to view previously completed checklists for reference purposes. Since we can not quickly access the archived checklists on BIM, we have to request the checklist from our document control, adding a lot of unnecessary time to the process.   The ability to view archived checklists and recover them was available on BIM 360 Field. Currently you cannot have a document (PDF, Word, Excel) in files of project template. Which means if you have a standard document such as a sublist, that you want to be in files for every project, you can't. You have to manually upload a sublist template for every job every single time.    It would be extremely helpful if documents carried over so that it reduces repetitive manual entry on ever single project just to get standard documents into the project files (sublist, standard checklists, etc).   Show More

Glue integrates with Field by sharing the model.  With Docs you should be able to share Folder or documents to Field.  This would solve the issue of uploading to multiple platforms.   Also if this connection is made you could link Field and Doc issues together.  Either by a push or a Sync. Competitors are doing this very well and easy.  A Mark-up should also be able to be upgraded to a formal issue for tracking in field not attach a drawing and then mark it up.  Docs handles this much better than field. We are ramping up our use of Autodesk Build Form Templates. It is tedious to populate multiple forms from scratch. It would be ideal to be able to either Save As / Copy a template so that just the text / item changes could be done. Show More

We've constantly having problems on construction sites where contractors don't have internet connection to "transfer" the latest drawings through the BIM 360 Desktop Connector to resolve on-site issues for the day. Especially unplanned items that creeps up. There is also the issue that they need to open/ sync multiple documents to ensure the files "transfer" before the required date - especially with the 72 hour (can't remember exact time length) sync enabled.   I would propose that the desktop connector gets something like Office 365 Files on Demand or Keep Synced option where you can choose which folder you want perma-synced with your PC, so every time you connect with the internet it will download and keep up to date the drawings with the latest information. The Files on Demand is what is currently used where it will "transfer" the drawings once opened for a period of time.   This is required for teams that uses laptops on-site. Show More

This is critical for the defects closure process, particularly on larger projects with larger numbers of rooms. Ideally the subcontractor would walk into a location, scan the QR code to pull up a list of defects and resolve rectify as required. In next gen, we are reliant on them to manually filter to a location, or pull up a plan on where these issues may exists.
