Please create an app or provide access to the PlanGrid app for those with only BIM Collaborate Pro licenses, or Autodesk Docs licenses. Currently, from what I can figure, as there is not a lot of documentation about this, you NEED to purchase an Autodesk Build license to access the data in an ACC project on the PlanGrid app. As the Technology Director of an Architecture firm I cannot have my team create a project in the ACC Unified projects because they cannot access their designs on mobile. We have started to use the BIM 360 app for CA capture and really like to ability to view and make issues and mark-ups using the app on site. We only purchase the BIM Collaborate Pro license in order to work on Cloud workshared projects. We do not need the Autodesk Build license.  Please make this a priority before anything else.   Thanks, Bruce Show More

I had a support case for this issue, but they couldn't help and instead asked that I post it here...  The issue is that if you are using SSO and sign out of the BIM360 app, it doesn't actually sign the user out.  You can go through the motions of signing in as another account, but then it logs you in with the original user that was signed in.  I am surprised this is not a priority fix as it is a security issue when using shared iPads in the field.  The official response from support on the issue is:   "I heard back from the engineering team and this issue occurs due to missing SLO functionality within BIM 360 and ACC app. Also, the product development team has no near term plans to support SLO for BIM 360 and ACC apps. For now, the only workaround to this problem would be to clear the default browser cache/cookie to clean up the session each time you want to sign in with a different user."   I find it unacceptable that this is not something Autodesk is willing to fix with BIM360 and ACC apps.  The AutoCAD app signs the user out properly, so I know someone at Autodesk has the knowledge to fix the issue.   Show More

When using the mobile application, we would like the capability to approve or modify submittals directly from the mobile device app without having to access the web platform. Show More

BIM360 mobile app I would like to request a feature to move and copy models to other folders on BIM360 using the mobile app. I would like the project admins to be able to or publish all "publish latest" like in Design collaboration using the mobile app.  I would like to see something that tells me if the model is being published and maybe percentage complete. I would like to be able to toggle an alert on/off in the mobile app when the "publish latest" or a model publish has completed. Show More

In the subject of an email notification that is generated from BIM 360, it would be helpful to receive more information about what you are being notified on. Having lots of emails from Autodesk BIM 360 can be a bit disorienting without being able to identify what each email refers to specifically.   For example, in email notifications for reports, you will see the title "[Project Name] - Your report is ready". The title should include the report. Additionally, in submittal and RFI notifications, it would be helpful to know which submittal or RFI is being referred to, and potentially see the question asked or details of the submittal in question (other than just the number of the RFI or submittal). This is a plea to the powers that be at Autodesk.   Firstly, please include the Sheets Module as part of Autodesk Docs?   Secondly, please do away with the "limited" Sheets options (Sheets should always be unlimited)?   These limitations make it impossible to choose ACC over BIM 360.   Show More

A more powerful viewer to handle larger model files is needed on the BIM 360 iOS app.   The model viewer on the iOS app  when using both an iPad Air & iPhone 12 crashes when attempting to navigate our model (see attached video).   Currently we are using Classic Glue as a workaround to view large models on iOS.  Classic BIM 360 Glue handles the size models we need (extra large) on the iPad successfully.     Show More

The platform only allows you to receive and manage email notifications, it would be great if you had notifications by the PlanGrid App of tasks assigned to the user (Issues, Forms, Issues, Citations, RFI, Submittals and others). Show More

Firstly, we want the decisions that are recorded during meetings on the construction site itself (for example, during a joint walk with all stakeholders where the status and quality of the works are checked). It would be nice to have the ability to change the background color when viewing DWGs in the BIM 360 Android mobile app from white to black. This is currently not supported on Android, but is available on iOS. This white background makes it difficult to distinguish certain drawing colors. Show More

Cannot hide all Issues on a sheet with a toggle. Helpful to get them out of the way - Markups can do this. Cannot hide Camera icons via filter or toggle them off. They can crowd the sheet. Can't color code the cameras to filter via markup colors or types either. I'm having some clients throw up resistance for coming over from BIM 360 or PlanGrid for these items. Show More

Do allow to pin photos as markups to drawings the same way as it is possible in PlanGrid: 1) Add Photo Markup 2) Make a photo using phone or tablet 3) Pin it to specific location on the drawing. The current solution requires first to create new issue, then make and upload photo and attach it to the issue. It's not convenient when checking something on site and photo does not always means that there is some issue. Show More
