I had a support case for this issue, but they couldn't help and instead asked that I post it here... The issue is that if you are using SSO and sign out of the BIM360 app, it doesn't actually sign the user out. You can go through the motions of signing in as another account, but then it logs you in with the original user that was signed in. I am surprised this is not a priority fix as it is a security issue when using shared iPads in the field. The official response from support on the issue is: "I heard back from the engineering team and this issue occurs due to missing SLO functionality within BIM 360 and ACC app. Also, the product development team has no near term plans to support SLO for BIM 360 and ACC apps. For now, the only workaround to this problem would be to clear the default browser cache/cookie to clean up the session each time you want to sign in with a different user." I find it unacceptable that this is not something Autodesk is willing to fix with BIM360 and ACC apps. The AutoCAD app signs the user out properly, so I know someone at Autodesk has the knowledge to fix the issue.
