When performing clash detections, you always have 1 model selected and the others are sort of overlayed. When you create an issue (from a clash) you can easily create this issue in the wrond document. It would be nice if you are able to change the document from for example Architectural to MEP or vice versa in a latter phase. Otherwise some of the issues are located in the wrong model and not handled by the right person.
An other option is to "refuse" the issue from an enduser perspective as it is an issue from an other discipline and start the clash workflow from the beginning again.
