Hello, I would like to suggest the idea of a "sign out of (all) device(s)" feature in the security settings in the Autodesk account (https://profile.autodesk.com/security). Since Autodesk now mostly works on a model of *sign-in* licenses, it would be useful for users to be able to sign out of all devices as they often work on multiple machines. This would allow them to be sure that they are compliant with the terms & conditions by avoiding concurrent use on multiple machines. This feature is also present in all sorts of other online services offered by Google, Microsoft, PayPal, or Imgur (to name a few). The main purpose of this feature for these companies is to add one extra layer of security to their users' accounts. This sort of feature allows to remotely revoke an authentication token after changing the password of a potentially compromised account, and thus effectively kicking out any intruder. This could eventually be offered as a paid premium feature for admins wishing greater control of the licenses they assign to their users. The use-case of this feature would be: - User navigates to their profile settings page - Navigates to the security settings - There is either a button "sign out account of all devices" and all known devices will have to sign-in again - Or a list of known devices that are signed in (showing basic information to discern them such as device name and approximate location) - That list allows to selectively sign out specific devices Show More

Create a log/view when an admin invites and adds a user, assigns or unassigns a product to a user, or deletes a user from their team, account. Admins have voiced frustration about over not having this information, and don't know how the users / licenses may have got unassigned and reassigned to someone else, as their are many admins that might be controlling it.   With the transition to named users this type of information was available through 3rd party apps for network licenses.  Show More

Hi,   SSO (Single Sign On) which is available with Premium Plan and Enterprise Plan got last year in autumn (2021) an enhancement with Active Directory Group Sync. With Active Directory Group Sync you can sync your groups and users from your AD tenant, e.g. Microsoft Azure which is the most used IDP (Idenity Provider) as far as I know.   This idea is about to send an email to the primary administrator, and if possible configurable users that need the information when more users are synched to Autodesk Account within a synched group from the IDP than licenses are available. For now one user can be assigned same product multiple times if he/she exists in different teams. This may cause customer lost available seats to assign product. In autodesk account, it is better to alert admin when they assign product to a user who has already granted same product in other teams. Within User Management, we need to be able to export users by group. This should be able to be accomplished in a couple different ways. Export all users and include a column that identifies the group so the spreadsheet can be sorted/filtered by group. Within each group, provide an export option to export only users within that group. Today on the Autodesk portal we have Admin, secondary admin who in fact can do the same things (except for some admin-only specifications). In our corporate structure, we have multiple locations around the world. We cannot assign all ICT colleagues access as secondary admin (which gives visibility to data/reports and more). We would need an additional group "Vice Admin (?)" or "Power User" that would allow us to create users and give access to business services, but without having visibility to reports or areas reserved only for Admins or Secondary Admins. There seems to be an issue with the D&M Collection and Flex Tokens.  If a user has access to a dedicated seat for D&M and no access to Flex Tokens, tokens can still be consumed.  Fusion 360 is the culprit.  Within Fusion 360, there are many addons like Generative Design.  When you assign the D&M Collection to a user, Fusion 360 is a product you can use but as a default, Generative Design, etc are token based addons.  They are checked so they will consume tokens when a user is not granted Flex Token access.   I have included the image below.  These option should only be available in Flex Tokens and should not be included in D&M.    This brings up a few concerns: The reason the users have D&M and not flex is that they shouldn’t be accessing tokens at all.  But this these being selected as optional features, then any user with D&M can consume flex.  Should these be turned off as a default instead of checked? It simple to uncheck these so the users cannot consume flex when in Fusion 360 for a handful of seats but when we look at the case below, 72 seats or an even larger scale client with 200-300 seats, manually unchecking each user is time consuming and not ideal.  Is this something we can get as an improvement in the future where they can opt out of flex in collection all together?  Perhaps keep these options in token assignment only for hybrid users. Although the user has an in-application prompt notifying them the fusion 360 addons will consume Flex tokens, the user may not understand or are aware of what tokens are to make the sound decision and accept the usage of the flex tokens for the addon.  This should be something that the user needs to discuss with the administrator and be granted access. I think this is something that could lead into a bigger issue and needs to be addressed sooner than later   Show More

It would be extremely useful to add another column in the exported report to show when the user was assigned a license. The Tokens used by day chart in Token Usage Reporting should update to match the date range shown below it. This chart always shows the past year and is too small to be useful. If I set the date range to the past 30 days then this chart should only show the past 30 days and not the past year.     Show More

By default, when a user is added and assigned an ACC product on the ACC site they are added as a guest user, if not already added, to the Autodesk Account. We would like to see the system recognize the company domain and add the new member as a "User" and not a "User (guest)" in the Autodesk Account. External users without email address' with the company domain would still be added as a "User (guest). Show More
