Seat Usage and reporting export

It would be extremely useful to add another column in the exported report to show when the user was assigned a license. Currently we are able to see the first day the user start using the license which is great, but would be extra helpful to see when the user was assigned the license. Thank you

Great idea and I agree. Especially for organizations that deal with high turnover rates, or Subscription + Flex products.

A user might show low days used, but that is because they have not been assigned very long. When looking at 9 months or longer, this missing feature makes data analysis more difficult.

Yes, I agree as well. This would be majorly useful in the data analysis for Autodesk customers.

YES YES YES!!! I was just about to submit this idea when I saw one was already created. Thank you @fmekheel for submitted. This is so important because if you have users that just started or recently learned a new software and were issued the license, we need to know how often they have used it in the duration they've had access to the software.

Hi @fmekheel@esprawls@rhester25, and @navid.hoorzad,

We have added the new "Assigned date" and "Unassigned date" columns to the Usage Report export. You can find it by navigating to Reporting > Usage Report > Export and selecting the "User details" tab on the exported file.

You can also view the "Assigned date" on the Usage Report page by turning this column on. Select the "Columns" button > "Assigned date"
