A frustration on the Autodesk Account page when adding multiple users. 'Invite Single'- allows Add to Groups  'Import with .csv' - does not Admin is able to load multiple users to the account via .csv file -adding their First name, Last Name, Email but not the Group which gives access to various Autodesk products. Each User must then be individually searched to assign the group. The "Filter" on either the Group (default is None) or the Products Assigned (None) does not allow to easily see who is set to 'None".  I even tried to cheat and create a group called 'None' to see if I was able to filter but it didn't work.  Created groups and system default groups must be different on the back end.   If the default values of 'None' could be added to the filter this would be very helpful for admin.  Please allow the 'Import with .csv' to assign a group just as in 'Invite Single' allows.  Show More

In Usage Reports we do not see wich components a user use from a AEC Collection, PDM Collection and AutoCAD Specialized toolset. We want to measure the AutoCAD usage, Plant 3D usage, Revit, etc. We can only see now that the user use a AEC Collection. Show More

The Chatbot isn't working good, when you have a problem. The support people can help you very fast. Often the problem is solved in 15 minutes in a direct call with the support. For example on telephone or via Teams. You can plan it very well with a chosen date. I can not book a date directly now. Before some month it was workling. And it was very helpful!! SSO in DocuSign allows specific accounts to be set up for log in with Password (No SSO) or Both. Hence in DocuSign, I was able to set up the Administrator accounts to login with Both methods and User accounts with SSO only.   This is very useful if SSO stops working due to any reason, since it will allow an Administrator to log in to troubleshoot/turn off/recreate SSO.   Please consider this request for the development roadmap and I'll be happy to assist further if needed.   Kind regards, Pradeep Show More

Why is FORMA excluded from group sin account management, Member groups? With account consolidation now possible, it would be extremely valuable for User Management groups to span all components of the account, particularly Autodesk Forma. Currently, access must be managed across separate areas, which creates administrative overhead and increases the risk of misalignment. Enabling groups to include all products would allow assignment based on job title or functional role, ensuring users automatically receive the tools required for their responsibilities. Example role-based group assignments: Production Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection Forma Collaboration Construction Administration (CA) Autodesk Build Forma Docs In addition, the ability to export and import group configurations would significantly streamline administration, especially for larger organizations. Ideally, there would also be a supported method to connect User Management groups to Active Directory (AD) as part of the existing subscription. Directory-based synchronization would reduce manual management, improve consistency, and better align Autodesk access control with enterprise IT standards. Hi  Most of our Autodesk customers complain that they cannot figure it out which users license is getting expired and they receive a plain email that license is getting expired and need to renew (without any subscription ID and user assigned to specific subscription ID).  Request to add feature (report) which allows admin to configure license/subscription ID assigned to specific user (email address). Hello, I would like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve the daily workflow for users who manage multiple Autodesk accounts.   I am a developer, hobbyist, and teacher, and I use different Autodesk licenses under different accounts (company, school, and personal). Currently, Autodesk Access and the Autodesk desktop apps are tied to a single logged-in account at a time. When I open an application that belongs to another license, I am prompted to buy a license, then I have to log out, log in with a different account, and in the process I lose access to the applications tied to the previous account.   In practice, this means I have to switch accounts multiple times per week — sometimes multiple times per day — which is very disruptive. For example, I might use Fusion for hobby projects and Revit for work, but switching between them requires a full logout/login cycle each time.   I would love to see one of the following improvements: A fast account switcher in Autodesk Access (similar to how many apps handle multiple profiles), or The ability to add and manage multiple accounts and choose which one is used per application. Even if concurrent use is not allowed, a simple and quick way to switch accounts without fully breaking the session would save a lot of time and frustration for users like me.   Thank you for considering this request. In the new Autodesk Account (top menu bar) there is no way to search or filter by Team Name. When you have hundreds of teams it makes it very difficult to find what you are looking for. I suggest that Autodesk adds either an option to Search by "Team Name" or an option to filter "By Team Name".    In the previous version of the Autodesk Account (side menu bar), you could select the team name from a drop down list so in essence a filter.   This needs to happen ASAP as it is effecting workflow. My company has a lot of occasional AutoCAD LT users who access the software once every few months. Its unfortunate that there is no Flex subscription plan for this license. We could use the full AutoCAD license but I'm afraid the increased complexity of the software and the feature sets would cause confusion and issues. Would like to see options setting to set a default team so when logging in to the Autodesk Account it always starts on that team. Admins that have multiple teams have requested this feature because they have one main team but are defaulting to a team that they only need access to but are not managing on a regular basis. I'm an IT Administrator and also the administrator to manage the users and license in Autodesk Portal.   I believe that most of us (Administrators) would normally create the staff account using staff's company's email address.   Currently we can only remove User account from the portal and not able to disable sign-in nor mark the account for deletion.   I believe the current method is to regain control of the account in order to trigger the deletion of the account. This is time consuming if there are multiple of staff leaving that day/month.   I would like to suggest the following: 1. Option/Function to disable sign-in for user account. 2. Option/Function to mark account for deletion. 3. Have a Page or Section in the portal to view all User Accounts created using the Company's email domain.   It would be really helpful to have an option to disable sign-in and mark accounts for deletion via the Autodesk Portal. Something like a page or section to show all accounts created using the company's email address/domain.   Having a disable sign-in function to the account would also be helpful to prevent unauthorize usage or temper of the account, should there be a need of staff disciplinary investigation or other events that requires a temporary block-out period.   On the side note, there is also a possibility of a new administrator taking over from the previous may have no way of tracking/view if there are any other resigned staff Autodesk account still available in the system and not deleted.   For your kind consideration. Hi team,   We are having major issues (reseller) with new licenses purchased by our clients constantly placing themselves into unsolicited teams.   The issue with new licenses placing themselves into unsolicited teams continues to be a major frustration as large chunks of my working days are spent on live chats getting these fixed.   Initially I thought that if a new seat was added to an existing contract, that seat would then place itself into the team that contract is aligned to - this seemed to be the case for a while. Where as additional seats that weren't added onto an existing contract, would trigger the creation of a new team.   Recently it seems to have been flipped on its head and now additional seats added to existing contracts have been placed into entirely new teams?   I have also seen new licenses placed into "new" contracts be pooled into an existing team, but then also new teams created on other occasions.   It's becoming unpredictable and we really need a better method of how new licenses are placed into teams...     Show More

In user management, I have loads of  "Guest" (External) users because of ACC.  If those must be in the list for our account, at least make it more simple to turn those off.  Currently I have to go into the filter and turn on all the other roles but leave Guest (External) blank to see just my people.  I suggest a simple button to turn on/off the guest users in the list.  Default to OFF.   Thank you.  Show More

Current user flow (K-12): Student signs into product like AutoCAD with SSO. Just-in-time provisioning creates the user automatically in our Autodesk Team. Student has no access to products, and the Teacher must ask the helpdesk to add the student to a group within the Autodesk team in order to access products.   Rather than the helpdesk assigning users to groups manually, I would like to be able to create an automatic group assignment rule, so that new SSO users are added automatically to the group within the Autodesk Team. A quota would prevent misuse.   If that's not possible, then a new admin user role with permissions to add users to groups, but not change roles. This would allow us to delegate group additions to teachers. Currently the secondary admin role has too many permissions for us to delegate to teachers.   Thanks! Show More

I cannot believe that trying to give autodesk money is such a pain. And within these failed attempts, I have discovered there is no way to contact support without dealing with a chatbot. A chatbot where chances are, it's using environment destroying generative AI. I don't want excuses on the generative AI. I just want to email support so I can figure out how to give you guys money on a monthly basis. Currently there is no option to download/print few or many invoices at one instance of time for e-store Customers in the Autodesk Account>Order History tab. The bulk download option with a From & To date filter or a check box to select/unselect the orders will enable Customers to select the date range or check the orders for which they desire to download instead of downloading them individually. This will help Customers who are on monthly recurring term for a longer period and Customers with multiple Subscriptions and products by reducing navigation time on screen. Show More
