I cannot believe that trying to give autodesk money is such a pain. And within these failed attempts, I have discovered there is no way to contact support without dealing with a chatbot. A chatbot where chances are, it's using environment destroying generative AI. I don't want excuses on the generative AI. I just want to email support so I can figure out how to give you guys money on a monthly basis. I'm sure many others would appreciate if support were asynchronuous and didn't involve a chatbot, given how many people hate chatbots. It's that simple really.
