Remove Autodesk Assistant and Replace With Async Email Support

I cannot believe that trying to give autodesk money is such a pain. And within these failed attempts, I have discovered there is no way to contact support without dealing with a chatbot. A chatbot where chances are, it's using environment destroying generative AI. I don't want excuses on the generative AI. I just want to email support so I can figure out how to give you guys money on a monthly basis. I'm sure many others would appreciate if support were asynchronuous and didn't involve a chatbot, given how many people hate chatbots. It's that simple really.

It's very frustrating to use the bot, then get an agent that simply stops the chat and ends it. Even having to wait for an email response and not get immediate help. It's unbelievable that a company like yours doesn't have any live customer support to help by phone and that the only way to help a customer is scheduling a phone call in 2 days.
