Flex has zero ability to create notifications to an administrator. There's a few cases where configurable notifications would be nice....
1) Tokens Expiring - Most people know when their major products and services renew. Typically annual. Your reseller will reach out too. But because Tokens "burn" and "expire", we could have multiple Flex contracts all expiring an random dates that keep changing. Be nice to setup a notification to Email a Contract Manager 30-days (or configurable number of days) before a block of Tokens would expire should they not be used.
2) Token Balance Low - I'm told a notification is sent when Token balance is low but I don't know the specific or if this is actually the case. A configurable email notification to a contract manager would be helpful. As each organization will burn Tokens at differing rates, everyone will have a different number of tokens in a balance before they will renew. Companies with very low token usage can let their balance get low. Companies who consume larger amounts would want a higher balance to trigger a notification.
3) User Token Usage - We push infrequent users to Flex. However some users may go through occasional periods of of heavy usage. If they use it too much, it's actually more costly, As an example, our Engineers are typically infrequent users...Flex is great. But every now and then a project comes up and they'll be in multiple products daily. There's no way to when this occurs until it's too late. Notification rules that could be applied to Token users/assignment would help let a License Admin know if/when usage suddenly increases.
