Using 2010 network manager with 2011

Will the network manager for 2010 work with 2011? If not, can they both be loaded on the same server at the same time?

Autodesk recommends using the Network License Manager provided with the most recent product you have.
In any case is not possible to have two instances of the NLM running in the same server.

Save your license file, your options file if existing, uninstall from the Windows Control panel the Autodesk Network License Manager, install the new from the 2011 product CD and configure the service.

If you are referring to the network license manager, you simply need to update your 2010 version (11.5) to the 2011 version (11.7) as the new version is backwards compatible and will continue to run your 2010 license file. If you are under Subscription, your 2011 license file will also allow you to run your 2010 products.
If you need any further explanation, please let me know.
