First, you need to make sure that you have local admin privileges, UAC off, and anti-virus temporarily disabled.
Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

That's fine. I just wanted you to be aware though that your installation log showed that the problem was not with the Autodesk software, but rather an existing prerequisite software issue on your Operating System. Once that problem is resolved, you should not have any issues installing and using your product, should you decide to purchase again in the future. Good luck!
