We use several Autodesk products, (AutoCAD, 3DSMax, Maya, Inventor, Revit) at my company and have always used network licenses.
The old www.autodesk.com/licensesupport links don't work, the old contact/support links we have on file don't work, either.
Can anyone tell me what the new process is to request network licenses?
Thank you.
You can use the online method to activate your license here:
http://knowledge.autodesk.com/installation-and-licensing
-or-
https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg/beginRegistration.action
Or you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:
http://en.autodesk.ca/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=9719649&id=9830778
1-800-551-1490 > Option 1 (English) > Option 2 > (Network)
Asia / Pacific: 65.6735.5688
Europe / Middle East / Asia: 41.32.723.9595
You will need to provide your serial number and ethernet ID of the license server.
www.licenseparser.com > This will break down your current license file into plain english and you will find the serial number there.
You should download the lastest server tools here:

Good Luck!
Thank you very much for your thorough and very speedy response. I worked my way through all the links--I hit some of them before posting, but I wanted to be thorough. None of them yielded a license file, but I'm confident that I can get on the right track once I set up some time for a lengthy phone session. I had no idea what contact number was, so thank you for providing that, also.
No problem. I am trying to correct all the links myself and get the right ones listed. Shouldn't take you too much time to get a license. You can also try to do it by logging in with your Subscription account: https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg/beginRegistration.action
Good Luck!
