It is for "multiseat standalone license" as Cy said, not standalone license.

If we can not install a series of workstation in stand alone with the same
CD an then authorize that with different numbers, I don't realy understand
why network deployment allow to do a deployment for a stand alone type.
We where using that option to install lot of workstation and entering the
same authorization code, as long as we bought the right number of stand
alone seat. We didn,t figure how we can use otherway a deployment for a
stand alone.

The right way to do this, I think, is to get a multiseat standalone license:
one serial number for multiple seats.
There are intentional blocks against cloning hard disks. There may be
workarounds to allow this in certain situations; contact Support (not Auth
Codes).

We recently did a mass installation for an educational institution. Rather
than install our software x number of times, we installed it into one
computer and cloned that hard disk. With the majority of software, we have
managed to change the CD Key via registry and activate the software.
However, we are having trouble with AutoCad 2006 and AutoCad Architectural.
We tried changing the value in the registry but the old CD Key still shows
up when trying to activate. Anyone know exactly how to change the CD Keys
used during installation?
