a valid license could not be obtained from the network license manager.

the user has previous versions of Revit and autocadd. the user is able to use other previous versions without issue.  I've attached a log file from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Adlm

Have you updated the license to include the latest version?
