It ties in with my idea about tag text justification, see Annotation Tag Justification. We currently build all of our tags with 3 visibility states, one with the label where the text justification is set to centered, one with it set to right and one set to left. Surely this would be easier if the justification and rotation could be instance based, as it is with text annotations.

Hello Everyone,

Some type of tags (like structural isolated foundation tags) doesn't rotate too align with the element alignment. This kind of tag only rotate in 90 degree positions. 

It will be nice if we can rotate freely any kind of tag.
