Allow Tag's "Rotate with component" as an Instance Parameter

Allow for Tag families to be able to have the "Rotate with component" option toggled on/off as an Instance Parameter.

There should be no reason why we have to create two different tag families just to have them aligned or not to items. Even if it could be tied to a Type parameter that would be better than the current situation.

In most cases an aligned tag will work, but sometimes it's just not what you want to do, or you need to swap it out. Because this option in the family is not something that can be parameterized, you must create two different families to achieve both options.

The option is in all tag families and is just in the properties when nothing is selected in the view.

Here's an example of each on an angled duct. Could be a door, wall, etc.

  • Tags and Text Part 8 - Allow Tag Rotation - Keep default behavior as-is, but allow for post-creation rotation (using the rotate tool) of all tags on an as-needed basis (so "Align with Element" only governs until "overidden" by the Rotate command)

  • Free rotation of tag - It would be great if column tag could be rotate free by the user, (not just hor. or vert.). Now i have to make a new family and set the angle in it.

  • tags rotation - allow rotation for tags & annotations; not only horizontal & vertical and there is no other options; I don't want to create anther families with different angles
