Increased API Functionality for Sections

Sections in the API need a bit more love. 

There is basic functionality missing that should just be there. 

The biggest thing missing is the Location property.

To Get and Set the property is essential when you just can't delete and create new.

Also these three basic functionality:

• Check if section is flipped, and flip it through the API
• Get and Set the section heads individually at each end.
• Create gaps and remove gaps

Basically, just have access to the same buttons and controls we see in the UI:
