Split segment of a view section via API

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to access the split segment of a section through the API?

I am trying to split the section multiple times through a curve to simulate a longitudinal cut in the axis of a curved bridge, but I didn't find anything neither in the API documentation, neither in the forum.

I would love to know this too, it's a shame that Revit doesn't have sections in arc

Generally if you pick an object such as section marker and see it listed as 'Element' in RevitLookup then it has no specific class functionality to aid you. Occasionally there may be static methods on some utility class but I don't believe that is the case here.

I really hope they put the curved section someday in Revit. It's really useful for bridges and the only way I found to do it is using some workaround with detail lines in Sofistik, but it doesn't work as well as I wished.
