On the ability to make the diameter of a beam element a variable in a parametric study

Feature: I think good that add beam element diameter to parametric study variables.   Reason: If user can control the diameter of the beam element, user can perform the analysis faster than the 3D analysis using the CAD model as a variable, and therefore, user can increase the number of analysis trials.
