I wouldn't delete it .. but move it to a 2nd drive or network location.
When you update you'll likely need some of those files
You can delete it ...but as mentioned you might need it when updating your Revit .. there are some required MSI's
Move it to a USB drive then. Otherwise you will have to redownload the software if you want to reinstall/repair.
That's the issue if you don't have the extra space ..
Having to download and extract it time an update comes out that needs something from the installer
