trouble with download

I work for the Harris County Public Library, and via a non-profit affiliated with one of our libraries, we were gifted two Suite lisences for public use. However after payment, in our attempt to download your product, I recieved the error you see below.

While this is being fixed, I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...

That got me a working download but the installation is asking for a serial and product key, and all I have is an order number.

It should be in your Subscription Center. Or you can install as 30-day
trial for now until you acquire that information.

Following your purchase, your product serial number and product key should have been sent to you via email.

 

Could you please check your spam folders for that email?
